Hi there,

I watched its movie and read its book. I have to agree with you on how ridiculous it may sound. According to the gurus' advice, when things don't go our way, we should never give up asking and visualizing. So we persist in doing it. At the end, some coincidences or miracles happen in our life and we thought to ourself and believe that.. The Secret really works! It's merely luck rather than its 3 steps' result.

But in another perspective, it actually taught us to be goal-oriented - especially the visualization part helps in a way. For an instance, you dare to dream (I guess it's part of visualization) as mentioned in this blog, and eventually i believe you will make your dream comes true in your way.

Of course, the dream will still remain as it is without action. I can't denied it's drafted in the mind before it rolls out in a plan which leads to a result. Assuming I reckon walking on water is something I would able to achieve in another 10 years, I still can't go against the Law of Nature if I continue dreaming of it to happen someday. However I can work out other ways to make it happen without breaking the law of universal gravitation. In this case, not me but some Harvard biologists proved it possible.

Why fortune teller never become rich may answer your question on why many haven't achieved their success though they followed the LoA. Teehee.

Sorry for the long rant and thanks for your motivative spirit. It triggered mine. :)
